Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges & credit notes - Free Return Shipping!
Want to exchange for a different item? Sure thing! We’ll pay for your return shipping. We will send your replacement item as soon as your return arrives back to us. Or want a credit note? We'll give you an extra 10% on the value of your items!

Return for Refund - $7.50 Postage Return Fee. 
Wanting a straight refund? No problemo! We will send you the return label. A $7.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once your return is received by us.

The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Issues with your order
Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can help you. We will always do our best to make it right!
